Following on from an episode on having the courage to live by your beliefs and principles, Lindy and I decide to talk through a few personal beliefs. These help us to be better people for ourselves and for those around us.

In this episode, we each share three personal beliefs, that if we implement, will help help us move through life from a centred place.

Mulenga’s 3 principles:

1) I am my own point of reference.

2) Love is the higher.

3) I enjoy life.
Lindy’s 3 principles:

1) Practise honesty and transparency in my interactions.

2) Have grace for myself and others.

3) Don't take life too seriously.

Each of these principles provides a sneak peak into our hearts and vision for ourselves. We hope that they provide thinking grounds and spark your own small list of principles to live by.
