In this week’s episode of Weight Loss Doesn’t Have to Suck, we’re tackling the sneaky influence of diet mentality and how it can actually slow down your weight loss progress. Many of us don’t even realize we’ve been conditioned by diet culture our entire lives, leading us to view food in terms of rigid rules and restrictions.
