Withdrawal can be easily confused with acceptance but one comes with resentment, the other is achieved through gratitude. It’s that time of the year where the pressures of the world start to feel even heavier. The holidays can add multiple layers of stress even onto healthy relationships. From finances, family traditions, and social media influencers, they all can suck the joy out of the holiday season.
