The intention of making this podcast was to help anyone out there who has a problem with their energy levels. Maybe its depression, maybe its not. I am not a doctor, I just know what works for me. Sometimes we don't like to talk about our lack of energy- we accept things like depression as a way of life and, although it may always be present, it doesn't have to control you. In this podcast, I hit on three main ideas
1. negative people, how we define it, and their influence on you
2. how energy impacts your daily routine and how to build up momentum
3. how to visualize energy drain people and what to do with them
I want to reaffirm that, when I speak about energy or about a well around you or about the opaqueness of one's character, I am not speaking literally. I am speaking figuratively, using metaphors that I have been introduced to through reading books on Taoism. The spiritual philosophy is much, much wider and more complex than what I can talk about in this podcast, but I encourage you to explore more.
