Up Close & Personal with Serial Killers, Vonda Pelto, Ph.D. on Extensive Dealings, James Lowe Radio: The author of Without Remorse: The Story of the Woman Who Kept Los Angeles' Serial Killers Alive, Vonda Pelto, Ph.D., did something very few normal people can really imagine: for 3 1/2 years, 1980 to 1984, she dealt with a number of really vicious serial killers and various other high-profile criminals awaiting trial or sentencing at Los Angeles Men's Central Jail.
