- The Psalms are divided into five books that make up the whole book.
Book one 1-41
Book two 42-72
Book three 73-89
Book four 90-106
Book five 107-153
Psalma14 & 53 are identical.
- There are a lot of stresses and anxieties, and insecurities that can be processed in a healthy way by prayerfully and worshipfully reading through the Psalms.
