With her exceptional leadership and management expertise Melissa has successfully managed 17 strategic Talent Advisors without experiencing any attrition due to resignation, a testament to her effective leadership style. Her career has seen her oversee the hiring of over 25,000 employees across various levels and functions, demonstrating her expertise in large-scale, high-volume recruiting and talent management.
𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 is not only skilled in full life cycle recruiting but also in implementing and executing talent solutions and strategies for decentralized organizations. For instance, in 2018, her team was responsible for hiring 3,800 employees, which constituted 48% of all global hires for Takeda, achieved without any agency expenditure.
Her experience also extends to leading and managing Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR activities through multiple global expansions, divestitures, and reorganizations. She is known for her ability to build, manage, and lead successful teams and programs, focusing on designing comprehensive workforce programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
