If you are stuck in step one I feel like an impostor and I do not have a method that works for me then you won’t talk to stakeholders. You won’t aim for the top of the food chain in your industry. And it we play this out to leveraging these connections…it won’t happen….you’ll talk to people without the power, authority, or know-how to help you achieve your company vision in a short period of time…you won’t have the guts either to ask for what you REALLY want.
