Right now you are probably having some discussions with your kids about many things from COVID-19, to political and now the recent protests. Take advantage of these times to help your children develop the skills to have these conversations. Let them be privy to your decision process for instance to why you have chosen a certain side. For instance, when you kids don't understand why you have chosen to continue to social distance and play it safe even though things are opening back up.
