I wanted this episode to happen for quite some time. In fact, I promised myself that I would only kickstart my podcast again once I had a guest that was worthy of the "come back" for.

Brad is that guy.

He's been at the top of the motivational speaking scene in the UK for years now.

Not everyone likes to admit that though, because he has done it HIS WAY.

He doesn't play to the same tune as a lot of the other guys and girls on the scene. Myself included.

He doesn't rely on "who you know" or circles of "experts" that you'll regularly see on your social media feed. Some of which I have crossed paths with in the past.

Brad is honest and raw and holds no apologies for his unique style.

I hope you enjoy this conversation between 2 guys that probably weren't too keen on each other at first, but have a mutual respect, understanding and likeness to each other and are both Warriors in the same war.
