Throughout our conversation, Valerie shares her personal experience with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), her transition to college and managing her anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Valerie also talks about pursuing her passion for writing and how that helps her cope during difficult times and transitions.
