On this episode of Tips and Tricks Podcast with Danielle Shelton, we are going to stop lying about being healed. Yes, we are. Today, we will stop villainizing anxiety and depression and recognize them for their place in our life. We are going to stop just being busy to avoid dealing with our Trauma. We are going to cut the crap!
First, we will acknowledge that healing is a process, not an endpoint. We will be honest with ourself about our emotions and vulnerabilities. We will seek support from trusted friends, family, or a therapist. We will practice self-awareness and self-compassion, allowing ourself to feel and express our true emotions without judgment. We will work on developing healthier coping mechanisms for emotional challenges. We will embrace personal growth and recognize that healing is ongoing. We will recognize that by being authentic with yourself and others, you can gradually let go of the need to pretend and build genuine emotional resilience.
