Cellphone records, vehicle tracking and CCTV footage have allegedly linked the five men accused of killing Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane to the crime.During bail application proceedings at the Durban magistrate's courts on Wednesday the state presented its version of events and evidence. Detective Bob Pillay from the police's organised crime unit provided an affidavit revealing that the getaway car used for the murders was found two months later during another murder investigation.
