It is an absolute certainty that all who are in Christ and living for Christ will be in an epic spiritual battle. This great spiritual battle will only intensify as the return of Christ draws near. Paul will supply for us three essentials to living in the victory of Christ in the midst of this raging spiritual warfare.

First, we are to live a godly life in Christ Jesus. We do this by living in humble, faithful obedience to Jesus and His word. Next, we are to live in true biblical unity. And finally, we are not to live in fear. We are not to fear any of our adversaries which are many. We are to live in the fear of God, not the fear of man.

As believers, we have been graciously given the privilege to believe in Jesus. But we have also been given the privilege to suffer for the sake of Christ. It is only by making application of these three essentials that we will be able to suffer for Christ to the glory of the Father

May we all live our lives to the fullest for Jesus and to the glory of the Father.
