For years Joe Cucchiara has been stating that big changes were coming to real estate. It’s been a long time coming, but the industry is finally being forced to change and adapt to new technology. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) took a major blow today after being found guilty of artificially inflating commissions. In addition to paying $418M over the next few years, the NAR must also implement a number of systemic changes that will benefit consumers.
