Here's what I have discovered: If you want to be motivated and motivate others. If we want to avoid having to drive people all the time. If we want people to show up daily with passion and purpose to execute a mission - we must create a movement, not just give a mandate.
When we inspire a MOVEMENT in ourselves and others, we initiate something that can catalyze the passion, attention, desire, and clarity we require to move us toward our destiny.
