Recognizing the need for systemic change to establish authentic spaces of belonging, Colleen has made it her mission to devise innovative solutions that address equity, diversity, and inclusion in workplaces and beyond. In 2022, Colleen's commitment to community service was further exemplified when she was elected as a member of the Regional Council in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Our conversation highlights the importance of creating authentic spaces of belonging and amplifying diverse perspectives. We also discuss the role of personal reflection, building relationships, and the need to listen to marginalized voices and challenge deeply held beliefs to create a more equitable and inclusive society.
