If you’ve experienced childhood trauma and you’ve been made as the scapegoat, life can get tough. Relationships can be even more tough. Finding your peace within all of this is very tricky. Today I read an open note to my sister whom I’ve had a difficult few years with. I decided to release all of the hurt and frustration in this episode.
