Proverbs 1:16

The Treasury of Solomon

In this episode, of the Treasury of Solomon podcast, we look at Proverbs 1:16. It says, "For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood." This verse is the first dissuasive argument that we're given against going with the sinful men of verse 10, the band of highway robbers that over the course of the last few verses have made their cases to new prospective members of their band. Now Solomon is giving the same man wisdom so that he won't join their ranks. We see what can we learn from this verse for our own lives, what it tells us about the robbers and how it helps us to avoid the devil's attacks when he tries to tempt us and those around us to join him and his people.
