Stephanie Is a Spiritual life coach, a Holy Fire Reiki Master, has been recovered for 9 years from addiction and trauma. Her vigor, passion and strength are infectious and her desire to support women and teen girls on a path to recover their souls she has been doing for almost a decade, Stephanie has faced many challenges in her life. A battle with addiction, depression, low self esteem, low self worth, body image issues, unable to speak her truth, loss, grief and a lack of self love.
Through the wilderness of deep pain and suffering, seeking to become a better version of herself, she chose to grow emotionally and spiritually through 12 step recovery, and has explored many holistic modalities to support her on her path to healing.
Her journey of self discovery has led her to the awakening that her purpose is to give back what she has received. To share a message of HOPE that you too can recover your heart, heal and grow abundantly.
Stephanie offers Reiki healing sessions in person or online with added element of sound healing.
Her discovery sessions are to companion alongside of your journey to wholeness and support you in exploration of rediscovering your TRUE sense of self.
