Whaikaha or The Ministry for the Disabled is the newly established Ministry that is said to give a voice to the disabled community in Aotearoa.
The new Minister, Poto Williams will be leading this new Ministry in pushing the new legislation (Accessibility Bill) in the parliament.
I was able to get some of her time to talk about what support and can the autism community and the wider disabled community expect from this newly created Ministry for the disabled - Whaikaha.
