We are taking this week’s episode to honor Clayton Christensen who passed away several weeks ago. Ironically, we just did a podcast on one of my all time favorite articles written just by him. Here is a quote from him that represents what he was really about in his life and leadership: “Don’t worry about the level of individual prominence you have achieved, worry about the individuals you have helped become better people.” You can read more about him in this article from the New York Times and we encourage you to do so.
