The Story in My Head podcast is a raw and meandering journey through the stories in my head that create fear, plant obstacles and disable me from living the life I want. This is NOT your average self-help podcast. It is not polished and refined and presented as a recipe for healthy living. Rather its an honest sharing of the stories that feed my dark spaces, the consequences of my storytelling, and the ways I'm working to re-write the narrative. We are all story-tellers and none of us are immune from dark places. I believe we are similar in the stories we tell ourselves. I hope sharing them will shed some light on the darkness.
