Today, we discuss life with Manny Tura (https://allmyfriendsareeggs.com/), about his experiences of becoming a powerlifting champion after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.

Just as a content warning, there are some graphic descriptions of intestinal issues which Manny has shared with us, but they are needed in order to understand the context of the physical health issues he faced before turning it around and managing to find his way into competition power-lifting.
