The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/04/2024):

3:05pm- On Monday, former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr. Anthony Fauci testified before the House Oversight and Accountability Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. During the hearing, Fauci defended his advocation for government to close businesses, mandate masks, and require vaccinations for men and women serving in the military.

3:15pm- On Tuesday, President Joe Biden announced he would take executive action as part of an attempt to curtail unlawful migration at the U.S. Southern border. According to reports, the order will temporarily restrict asylum claims once border crossings exceed 2,500 per day. For the bulk of his presidency, Biden has claimed he cannot slow unlawful migration via unilateral action. What changed? Even with the new rule in place, over 900,000 undocumented migrants could still enter the country annually—a number larger than the population of five U.S. states.

3:30pm- Over the weekend, progressive demonstrators hilariously battled other progressive demonstrators in Philadelphia when a Pride parade was interrupted by anti-Israel protesters.

3:40pm- Art Del Cueto—Vice President of the National Border Control Council—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to react to President Joe Biden’s executive order to reduce unlawful migration at the U.S. Southern border. Del Cueto notes that if Biden was going to issue an executive order, why didn’t he resolve the issue entirely? Instead, Biden only modestly reduced the problem. Del Cueto also wonders: what happens to the millions of undocumented migrants (specifically “gotaways”) that are already in the country. “It’s too little too late.”

3:50pm- Don’t miss 1210 WPHT’s next Politics and Pints with New York Times best-selling author Jack Carr—hosted by Rich! Tuesday, June 25th from 7:30 to 8:45pm ET at Zlock Performing Arts Center Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania. You can find more information and tickets here: https://www.audacy.com/1210wpht/events/politics-and-pints-with-jack-carr

4:05pm- Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL)—U.S. Representative for Florida’s 19th Congressional District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss President Joe Biden’s executive order intended to address the unmitigated disaster at the U.S. Southern border. Rep. Donalds explains that the only reason Biden is even acknowledging there is a problem at the border is because “his polling sucks.” Donalds says Biden’s newfound interest in the Southern border amounts to the president “gaslighting the American people” into believing he has always sought to resolve the problem, and hilariously exclaims “this guy is a loser!” Rep. Donalds will be taking part in “Congress, Cognac, & Cigars”—also featuring Rep. Wesley Hunt and Michele Tafoya. The event is tonight at The Cigar Code in Philadelphia, PA. Doors open at 6:00pm.

4:30pm- How much should kids charge for lemonade being sold from a stand with all proceeds going to charity? $1 a cup? $5 a cup (because of Biden’s inflation)? Or do you adopt a “pay what you want” method and attempt to guilt people into donating massive amounts per cup.

4:40pm- On Tuesday, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee. During one notable exchange, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) grilled Garland over Matthew Colangelo leaving the Department of Justice and immediately taking a job in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office ahead of the “hush money” trial involving Donald Trump.

4:45pm- Comedian Bill Maher said he is voting for Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election, but he knows Biden is going to lose.

4:50pm- While speaking to the press on Tuesday, Senator John Kennedy joked that President Joe Biden is “polling right up there with fungal infections.”

5:05pm- FLASHBACK: Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign was fined $8,000 for payments it made to acquire the Steele Dossier—which baselessly alleged the Trump campaign had colluded with elements of the Russian government. The campaign had classified the initial payments as “legal advice.” Why was Clinton not charged for misleading voters in a fashion similar to the way Donald Trump was charged and convicted for “hush money” payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels? Isn’t there massive legal inconsistency here?

5:20pm- While speaking with George Stephanopoulos, Trump attorney Will Sharf notes that former Department of Justice senior official Matthew Colangelo left the department and immediately took a job in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office ahead of the “hush money” trial involving Donald Trump. Isn’t that a little strange?

5:40pm- Caitlin Clark has taken the WNBA by storm—but why are there so many manufactured controversies surrounding her play? Can’t people just enjoy her success?

6:05pm- Fox News’ James Levinson writes: “The prosecution has introduced Hunter Biden's infamous laptop as part of electronic records to be entered into evidence. FBI special agent Erika Jensen is on the witness stand verified the laptop belonged to Hunter Biden. The FBI obtained the laptop from the Mac store in Delaware based on a tip they were given. It is a small silver Mac laptop, and the FBI agent saying, ‘this is the laptop recovered from the store.’ The FBI confirmed this because the serial number of the laptop found matches the initial subpoena they requested in 2019. In terms of content from the laptop, the FBI special agent testified the evidence of addiction was recovered from the electronic records found. The device is not being turned on, just physically present in the courtroom. They are not going through any of the records directly from the laptop. First Lady Jill Biden and Ashley Biden were not present in the courtroom after the lunch break.” You can read more here: https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/june-4-hunter-biden-gun-trial-opening-statements
