Do you wake up in the morning in fear?

If you're waking up with anxiety, chances are that's exactly what's happening. If we've experienced anything as a collective in the past two years, it's FEAR. Fear can be debilitating, but it doesn't have to be.

In this episode, I discuss how I was putting myself in a fear state every morning and how I pulled myself out in order to take action.

We also cover:

  • How to turn "What if I don't" into "What if I do"
  • Acknowledging and releasing the traumas of the past two years and how they reflect our childhood wounds
  • How to lean into the fear
  • Creating safety in the body
  • Re-patterning your fear in order to create a legacy bigger than the self
  • Creating safety in relationships

Steps to working through fear:

Step 1: Cultivate awareness…Get out of your mind and into your body… where does that fear live in your body?

Step 2: Practice cultivating internal safe daily.

Step 3: Start a writing practice to get the chatter out of your mind and develop a deeper level of self awareness… How can I turn these fears into goals and action?
