Sharon is joined by John Burley, a Pioneer in the Real Estate Investment Business, originally trained in Finance by the World of Wall St., in 1989 he left and started his Private Equity Company, where he serves today as the Founder & CEO. John shares with Sharon his journey to becoming a leader in the industry, with holdings from multiple countries and a dozen different states.
He operates under a For-Profit, not the For Fees model that 98% of companies do. He was among the first ever companies to bring Single Family Home (SFH) Portfolio Real Estate to the Private Equity Community. His clients have included Wall St, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Accredited Investors, and many people from his personal Sphere of Influence.
