Michael Tracey, an independent journalist joins the program to discuss Julian Assange's plea deal as well as the latest in Russia and Ukraine. Frank wraps up the show talking about the sudden death of Crazy Town frontman Shifty Shellshock and music taste. He also discusses the high suicide rates of construction workers.
