Dr. Barbara Trautlein, PhD, is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, host of the Women and Manufacturing Podcast, and founder of Change Catalysts LLC. Barbara is a faculty member teaching courses on Change Management and Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her doctorate in philosophy and organizational psychology at the University of Michigan.
