I was SO excited to have my first ever threesome today... on the podcast. I've never had two guests on the show at the same time, but I couldn't think of a better combo than Jared and Rico. Jared is an online fitness coach, speaker, podcaster, and business owner of Hamilton Trained. Rico has worked with some of the best fitness coaches in the industry as a videographer and published photographer. As much as I want to make a joke about both of them right now, I hope you check them out because they're great dudes (and are damn good at what they do).
