Chase is a former health coach, Army veteran, and the podcast host of Ever Forward Radio. I recently came across Chase after I had seen a few of my friends and colleagues mention him and his podcast. I checked out his IG and his show, and it ticked all the boxes for me to invest more time into it. I loved his message and he seemed like a very personable and knowledgeable guy, so I wanted to invite him on my podcast. I'm so glad I did because we hit it off really well and he dropped tons of value for you guys. Make sure you listen until the end because we touched on some topics that haven't been covered on this show before but are definitely worth learning about. Hope you enjoy.
