Eric Viard is father of four children, and founder of Biovie https://www.biovie.fr/en, the french leader company in living foods for 15 years. Eric has been a vegetarian for 30 years and has been sprouting at home since he was a teenager.
With his wife Aurélie they have a real passion for living foods and aim to get this way of eating and living to be better known in France. They publish books, sell a wide range of high quality organic live food products like fresh seaweeds, fresh spirulina, 25 type of seeds for sprouting, fresh coconuts, raw wraps, avocados and mangos having ripened on the tree much longer than usual fruits, real raw cashews and tigernuts, ripe tropical freeze dried fruits, fermented foods...etc. They also manufacture live food devices and organize online events and workshops.
