Blake Bowman aka Guerrilla Zen Fitness is a postural alignment and corrective exercise coach. Blake is passionate about biomechanics, posture correction and coaching, strength training, deadlifts, and nature! He's also pretty passionate about holistic health.

Blake has been in this industry for over a decade has learnt that health and performance is a multi factorial enigma. There really are a lot of different, critical moving pieces to this thing. He helps his clients improve their bodies so they can train without muscle imbalances and injuries.

Blake does whatever it takes for his clients (and himself) to feel and perform at 100% capacity!
