Sarah’s career began in 2003 as a geography teacher. Her passion is teaching children with special educational needs to ensure that every child has the very best opportunity for success. Her career has followed a route through mainstream, SEND, Trust management and leadership, school improvement and various supporting and advisory roles at the regional and national level that led her to her current place as founder CEO of TEAM Education Trust which operates from a SEND school in North Derbyshire.
