In this episode, I am joined by Jill Ford, Dental Educator at Chisholm Institute of TAFE.
Jill has had a long career in dental practices and for the last 10 years, has been educating trainee dental assistants.
Traineeships offer an inexpensive solution to the challenges dental practices have in filling the vacant roles in their practices.
How do we attract more people into dental assisting traineeships?
What is the process for a dental practice to take on a trainee?
