So in this episode I’m going to share an assignment with you that I share with countless of my coaching clients. The majority of my clients want my help with mornings - sometimes it’s getting up in the morning, sometimes it’s creating or implementing a morning routine of some kind, and sometimes it’s both of these things. And by the way, we just focus on one of these things at a time because they aare different.
So I’m going to give you the same assignment I give them - and it’s an assignment that you’ll actually like. And if you don’t already know this about me, I am not big on rules and love challenging the norm - because following things we’ve always done simply because we’ve always done them just doesn’t make any sense if they are things that aren’t actually benefitting us in some way.
