This month we caught up with superstar musician / actress / fashion designer Beth Ditto! Let me back up - saying Beth is an artist is an understatement. I believe she has the best female voice in rock! Many of her songs have stuck with me through decades. Earlier this year personally I hit a wall with an issue…. When I was at my lowest I tried to problem solve by thinking about people I could use as mentors. Beth immediately came to mind and as expected I got much healing from this heart to heart conversation.

In one of the most vulnerable episodes I’ve ever taped Beth and I talk about Covid and quarantine life, the state of the music biz, fertility, forgiveness, and being your authentic self. The world is upside down and more than ever we need to keep the people we love and respect close.
