Do you ever feel like you healed too much and now you don''t like anybody?! Cz same. Not really... but yes kinda. Healing can be isolating because you are literally shedding the person you used to be and becoming someone new. New habits, new ways of thinking, new priorities and that can be tough when your environment hasn't necessarily changed. Anyways, I get into it it all... not sure if it makes sense but we are trying not to overthink this week.
