Sarah Kvist is a Magical Energy Healer, Shaman & Soul Sister that I have had the pleasure of being with in person on multiple occasions. She resides in Squamish BC with her husband and their two children.

In this episode we have a delightful banter about transitioning from our work as registered nurses in the industrialized medical system to following universe’s beckoning of us to do our soul work as energy healers & guides through the many deaths and rebirths of this life as human beings.

We chat hormonal birth control’s prevalence & harms as well as the benefits of actually experiencing our monthly hormonal cycles as women.

I ask Sarah to tell me more about Human Design and the value she finds in knowing the Human design of her husband and two children.

Sarah shares stories of anxiety after her daughter was born. How having a daughter brought up wounds from her own childhood. Sarah’s journey of healing in the present unexpressed grief from when her mother died. What it has been like for her to experience the underworld & why she now guides other women through the underworld.

We touch on grief, ways to express it & move through it rather than bury it.
