You have probably heard about the placebo effect. That is when people are told they are taking a great new medicine, but they are not, yet they are getting better, as if they are eating the actual medication. The healing comes from the inside, not from the outside. The trick is to believe that you have powers within your to heal, you do have to get your focus off the problem, feel good and note that positive changes are showing up.
Disclaimer: This is not about only thinking yourself to health, but to make you aware that how you feel and how you think will attract---also health or the opposite.
