What does out of alignment feel like?

There have been many times in my life and I am sure you can relate as well, where life just felt hard and something was 'off'.

In the thick of it, it can be hard to see perspective of what is happening. But time and time again, I always realize that life gets hard because I am out of alignment.

In this episode I share with you my past 7 months, what has transpired and WHY I was so out of alignment towards what I was building and working towards in my life.

I'll share with you how I felt and I how I came to the realization of this dis-alignment.
