So yeah...if you haven't been following my personal IG you wouldn't know that I went into the mountains of Colombia and drunk ayahuasca whaaaaat!
If you don't know what aya is, it's a plant medicine that has healing properties for mental illnesses. It also has psychedelic aspects to it which is why it has gained popularity as a "drug" in the new age spirituality world.
But first and foremost it's a medicine and I went to Colombia with a curiosity to try it but not an expectation that I HAD to. I managed to find a retreat in my last week in Colombia....and well you'll have to listen to the episode to find out more!
