Jalene Weigand has been an intermittent faster since she stumbled upon a Woman’s Health Podcast featuring Laurie Lewis in November 2021.

She successfully lost all the weight she had gained during her menopausal transition within about a year . She has continued to see many non-scale victories since she reached the maintenance range with her health, fitness, and emotional wellness.

Being in maintenance has had some challenges for Jalene, as she’s needed to navigate what it means to live her IF lifestyle without having weight loss as her main focus, pivoting towards helping others on their journey, yet maintaining a balance of vigilance without obsession to maintain her weight range.
