And when they do give to us, whether a compliment/love/help/truth/material thing/time, that they are gifts and nothing to be expected. In fact the expectation robs us of our happiness, joy, satisfaction, and the visceral appreciation of the entire experience....yes, anyways, this podcast is about that lol
