We must set boundaries for ourselves and others and be mindful of the energy we are allowing around us. It’s easy for people to emotionally dump and not be aware of how they throwing stuff on others. Eye know because I’ve done it before. Now that I’m self-aware I’m more conscious of the energy I’m putting out there and/or putting onto others. As Tabitha Brown would say just because you’re not having a good day don’t you dare go and mess up nobody else’s! Let’s us mind our energy and mind our business y’all.
