Neil Bridgeman and Mark Alison are joined by Andy Reakes from the JIB, Joint Industry Board to discuss what their role is in the electrical industry and what they can offer electrical contractors and their employees.

Neil Bridgeman is a time-served electrician that has been working in the industry for over 20 years starting out in new builds, then moving onto social housing and currently works in rail with his company UKES Rail Ltd.

Mark Allison is also a time-served electrician and is still on the tools, as well as managing his company, Power Sonic Ltd. Mark has been working as an electrician for over 20 years. in 2020, Mark created the Apprentice 121 movement with an aim to link employers with apprentices and is now approaching 1000 apprentices employed via Apprentice 121.
