The Daily Office: Morning Prayer. Our liturgy is a compilation from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, & Enriching Our Worship, Volume II. Our readings this morning: Psalm 69, Isaiah 56:1-8, Galatians 5:16-24, and the Gospel of Mark 9:2-13. We pray to be one with God in the healing of all creation, to accept God’s gentle revealing of our unknowing sin, and to place spiritual health foremost. The Bible version used for our readings and commentary references is the Fifth Edition New Oxford Annotated Bible, New Revised Standard Version, with the Apocrypha: An Ecumenical Study Bible.
