Ep #162 - Humans love habits and strategies. Our brains are built to find the patterns and steps to accomplish something and then to habituate them until it becomes an unconscious behavior. Think tying your shoes, opening a door, or what you do when you get into your car.

In today's episode I am going to teach you my way of organizing my life so I can know, without a doubt, that each and everyday I am working on myself toward my greater good. Sometimes my decisions are not going to please those closest to me. I can check with my decision, before I make it, to figure out how it might effect others and then discuss this with them. Ultimately, I know that making decisions that will benefit my life's journey will pay dividends for myself and others even if those benefits aren't actualized for many days, weeks, months, or years down the road.

When you take this system I will teach you today and start using it daily your mind and body will turn this way of planning and strategizing into a habit. Very soon, much sooner than you think even, experiencing your life through the spheres and pillars will just be the way you do things - and personal growth and evolution will become your status quo, your habit.

For reference here are the spheres and pillars:

Spheres: Career, Self, Relationships

Pillars: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual
