God has always desired to dwell with humanity and to make Himself known to creation. When sin separated God and His people, Jesus paid the ultimate price on the cross to restore us, and remove the divide that separated us from God and each other. Living in response to God’s eternal purpose means embracing God’s desire for unity by putting aside offences and unforgiveness. May we desire God’s purposes above our own, that we may enter full maturity as His church and be a dwelling place for His glory.
