Trish Nancoo works everyday towards self development and awareness using life lessons. She realized that through this journey, there are many of us, both men and woman who are seeking the same thing but society, today, can be so tainted that trying to be honest in our own skin is sometimes a task. What Trish needed was honesty, bluntness and people to just be real with her. That is why she started the podcast Strongtalk. To be real, have strong, honest conversations and show others that it’s ok to be vulnerable. Trish has 3 children and her main focus in life right now is to be the best example to them.
